The 72-hour guarantee

If your first server with us isn't what you hoped for — wrong game, friends bailed, performance not what you expected — tell us within 72 hours of purchase and we will refund the payment in full. No forms, no interrogation. The guarantee applies once per customer.

Renewals

Monthly renewal payments are not refunded. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect at the end of the paid period, so simply cancel from your dashboard before the renewal date — your server keeps running until the period you paid for ends.

Your EU right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Because your server is provisioned and usable immediately, you consent at checkout to the service starting right away. If you withdraw within 14 days and are outside the 72-hour guarantee, we refund the payment minus a proportional charge for the days your server was available.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from your dashboard or use the contact page. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Servers terminated for a serious breach of our terms of service (for example attacks on other systems or unlawful content) are not eligible for refunds.
