Affiliate Program Terms

1. The program

The GHosting affiliate program is operated by Bytewave OÜ, Estonia. A participant receives a personal referral link and may earn commission for introducing a new paying customer.

2. Eligibility and activation

• You need a GHosting account with a verified email address.
• You must accept these terms before a referral link is activated.
• One affiliate profile and one referral code are allowed per person or business.
• We may refuse, suspend or close participation where necessary to prevent abuse or comply with law.

3. Attribution and commission

• The beta commission is 30% of a new customer's first eligible payment after discounts.
• A referral is attributed for 30 days from the last valid affiliate-link visit.
• A referred free trial earns no commission, but the customer's first genuine paid conversion can qualify.
• Later renewals, free trials, internal tests, simulated payments and admin deployments do not qualify.
• Taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks and disputed amounts are not eligible revenue.
• The rate and amount are recorded when commission is created. Rounding is to the nearest cent.

4. Clearing and payouts

• Commission remains pending for 45 days after payment.
• A payout can be requested after at least US $50 is available.
• Beta payouts are reviewed manually and coordinated through the verified account email.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information and for your own taxes.
• Refunds or disputes after payout may be deducted from future earnings. A fraudulent balance may be recovered directly where permitted by law.

5. Promotion rules

You must clearly disclose that you may receive a commission. Promotion must be honest, relevant and lawful. You may not:

• refer yourself or create related accounts to manufacture commission;
• send unsolicited messages or publish deceptive, false or guaranteed-income claims;
• pretend to represent Bytewave OÜ or GHosting;
• bid on GHosting or Bytewave trademarks in paid search without written permission;
• publish fabricated coupons, discounts or reviews;
• hide the commercial relationship from your audience.

6. Changes and closure

We may change the program prospectively or close it. Material changes will be published here and may require renewed acceptance. Legitimate earned balances remain payable subject to refunds, disputes, fraud review and the payout threshold.

7. Privacy, law and contact

Affiliate data is handled under our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Estonian law while consumers retain mandatory protections in their home country. Questions can be sent through our contact page.
