Free tools
Is your server port actually open?
Test any game server from the public internet, the same path your players take. Works for Valheim, Palworld, Project Zomboid, Terraria and more. No account needed, and it works on servers hosted anywhere, not just ours.
Moving an existing world instead? The world migration checker reads your Valheim or Palworld save in your own browser and tells you what a dedicated server will do with it.
Questions, answered
Can I try a game server for free?
Yes. Games with a free offer are marked with a 48-hour trial badge in the catalog and on their hosting page. Verified accounts can start one trial for each eligible game without a payment card. Nothing renews automatically, and the same server stays in place if you continue with a paid term.
What happens after I check out?
We create an isolated container in your chosen region and install the server automatically. Most servers are ready within minutes, and we email you when it is ready to join.
Do I need to know Linux or server administration?
No. Every server comes with a clean control panel for starting, stopping, editing configs and watching the live console. No command line needed.
What can I manage from the control panel?
You can start, stop, and restart the server, watch its live console, change game settings, browse and edit files, and enable SFTP access for desktop file clients.
Can I install mods?
Yes, where the game supports them. tModLoader, Project Zomboid, Unturned, and Don't Starve Together include a Workshop mod picker: paste a Steam Workshop link and the panel installs the mod and restarts the server. You can also upload compatible files through the file manager or SFTP.
Where are your servers located?
We host in Europe and North America. You pick the region while configuring your server, so your group plays on the closest one.
How do billing and cancellation work?
Choose a one, three, or six month term and pay securely through Stripe. Longer terms include the discount shown at checkout. We do not renew automatically; you renew from the dashboard.
What happens when my paid term ends?
The server is suspended, but its files are kept for a seven-day grace period. Renew during that window and the same server resumes. After the grace period, the container is deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If your first server isn’t what you hoped for, tell us within 72 hours of purchase and we refund it in full. See our refund policy for the details.
The fine print lives in our refund policy and terms of service.
