A useful test of the real control panel
Mindustry shows more of the hosting product than a simple connection test. You can
watch the server start, run commands such as status, change a setting,

Mobile and desktop players can join the same server when their clients use the same Mindustry build. The dashboard shows the installed release so version mismatches are easier to spot.
